How to activate licenses, obtain resources, submit tickets, and manage keys and entitlements.
What is KeyAnchor?
KeyAnchor is LunaDeerMC’s platform for delivering paid resources, managing license entitlements, and providing after-sales support.
After a purchase, you will generally use an authorization Key to sign in to the platform. Once signed in, you can view purchased resources, download versions, read changelogs, and contact an administrator through tickets.
What you can do here
- Activate a paid license and extract or download its resources;
- View the latest version, changelogs, and historical versions when the page provides them;
- Bind QQ or email to receive resource updates and ticket notifications;
- Submit tickets, track progress, and receive one-on-one support;
- Replace a key or transfer an entitlement when the product rules and Terms of use allow it.

Before you start
An authorization Key is a credential for accessing paid entitlements. Protect it like a password: do not send it to other people or publish it in group chats, tickets, screenshots, or public repositories.
If you suspect that your Key has been exposed, replace it immediately. If you have lost it, see what to do if you lose your key.
