1. Brand and marks
The name “LunaDeerMC,” the official Logo, distinctive graphics, and related brand-identification elements identify LunaDeerMC and its official work. Unless written permission or applicable law expressly provides otherwise, LunaDeerMC or the relevant rights holder retains the related brand rights.
Permitted referential use
You may refer to “LunaDeerMC” and work names for truthful and accurate commentary, tutorials, compatibility descriptions, reviews, or community discussion, provided that the use does not create confusion about source, sponsorship, or partnership. Identify the publisher of your content and do not suggest that it was officially certified or maintained by LunaDeerMC.
Logo rules
If you use the official Logo, use the original asset provided by this site and follow these rules:
- keep the original proportions, black-and-white relationship, transparent background, and complete structure;
- do not recolor, invert, distort, crop, outline, redraw, add effects to, or combine the Logo with other graphics;
- leave enough clear space so the Logo remains legible and its key parts are not covered;
- do not use the Logo as the primary mark for an unauthorized work, plugin, store, domain, social-account avatar, advertisement, or product packaging;
- do not make a third-party work, download page, support account, or community look like an official, authorized, sponsored, or partnered LunaDeerMC project.
To use the name or Logo beyond these rules, or to propose co-branding, commercial promotion, or media collaboration, first request written permission at zhangyuheng@lunadeer.cn. Silence or a link to the official site is not permission.
2. Original and third-party content
Articles, code, images, icons, Logos, examples, and other site content may be subject to different licenses or usage conditions. Check the specific page, repository, distribution package, and LICENSE/NOTICE files before using it. The fact that content can be viewed online does not imply that it can be copied, republished, used commercially, or made into a derivative work.
Minecraft, Java, Paper, Folia, Spigot, GitHub, Modrinth, Afdian, KeyAnchor, QQ, and other names and Logos shown on the site belong to their respective rights holders. They are referenced only to identify products, describe dependencies, or provide entry points; LunaDeerMC does not claim ownership of those brands, and the references do not imply official cooperation or endorsement.
3. Work and documentation disclaimer
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the site, work, docs, examples, download entries, and support information are provided “as is” and “as available.” We try to maintain accuracy and availability, but do not promise that they will always be:
- continuously available, error-free, vulnerability-free, or unaffected by network or platform failures;
- suitable for every Minecraft version, Java version, server core, plugin/mod combination, operating system, or hardware environment;
- capable of meeting a particular business goal, performance target, data-security requirement, or uptime expectation;
- compatible long-term with third-party software, external platforms, or future versions.
Before using a work on a production server or with important data, complete a verifiable backup, permission review, version check, and small-scope test. For work that modifies worlds, databases, configuration, or files, maintain a usable recovery plan. Problems caused by third-party dependencies, platform services, the user’s environment, incorrect configuration, missing backups, or license violations should be handled through the relevant project or platform’s proper channel.
4. Liability limits and reports
To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect losses, data loss, downtime losses, or loss of expected profits arising from using or being unable to use the site, work, docs, external platforms, or third-party dependencies should not be asserted against LunaDeerMC without considering the specific facts and applicable law. Mandatory statutory liability, consumer rights, intellectual-property liability, and liability arising from intent or gross negligence are not excluded by this disclaimer.
Report brand impersonation, unauthorized modified packages, malicious pages, copyright issues, or security risks privately to zhangyuheng@lunadeer.cn, with relevant links, screenshots, versions, or other verifiable information. Do not publish passwords, license keys, exploit code, or another person’s personal information.
5. Disclaimer updates
We may update this page as work versions, brand assets, third-party services, or applicable rules change. The latest published version and its stated effective date apply to subsequent use; a specific work license, order page, or applicable law takes priority where it provides otherwise.
