Purpose of this collection
This Legal & policies collection explains the responsibility and usage boundaries among LunaDeerMC’s official website, docs, work, acquisition channels, support channels, and related external services. In this document, “LunaDeerMC,” “we,” and “the maintenance team” collectively refer to the project team responsible for maintaining this site and related work. If a specific work page, order page, or third-party platform shows different entity information, use the information shown on that page.
These pages are public information. They are not legal advice for any particular user, transaction, or dispute, and they do not replace a work’s included license, product page, order information, or third-party platform rules. Read the documents directly related to the work or transaction before using a work or service.
Scope
Unless stated otherwise, this collection applies to:
- the official mc.lunadeer.cn website and its documentation pages;
- open-source work, paid work, source code, build artifacts, and examples published or maintained by LunaDeerMC;
- download, licensing, activation, technical support, and community channels listed on work pages;
- acquisition, payment, delivery, refund, sponsorship, and information-submission activities carried out through external platforms.
External platforms are not part of this site. Once you follow an external link, that platform’s own user agreement, privacy policy, fee rules, and account rules also apply.
How these documents apply
If documents or pages differ, interpret them according to the subject involved:
- Applicable laws, administrative regulations, and other mandatory requirements take priority;
- For transaction matters such as price, validity, version, license rights, and refunds, use the relevant product page, order information, and platform rules;
- For copying, modifying, or redistributing work code, assets, and docs, use the relevant work page, included license, and copyright notices;
- This collection supplements those materials with general privacy, use, third-party service, and brand guidance.
The boundary between this site and external platforms
This site primarily provides static content and documentation. As of the date of this policy update, it does not provide site accounts, online payment, order management, license activation, site comments, or contact forms. Payments, orders, license delivery, activation, refunds, and third-party account matters should be handled through the relevant external platform or specified contact channel; this site can provide the entry point, information, and necessary human assistance.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, license keys, sensitive payment information, or other information that should not be public in public Issues, chats, or other public channels.
Policy updates and contact
We may update this collection as work, external services, business processes, or applicable rules change. Updated versions will be published in this directory; material changes to rights or obligations take effect according to the effective date shown on the page.
